Tech on 2: ITS and the Library Supporting Student Technology

Screen Shot 2014-01-13 at 1.30.11 PMLMU Information Technology Services and the William H. Hannon Library have joined forces to offer a new one-stop shop for tech support and equipment check-out, located on level 2 of the library.

At Tech on 2, you can get help with the following from 8am-8pm, Monday through Friday:

  • Resolve LMU account issues
  • Get wired/wireless assistance
  • Residence Hall device registrations (TVs, video game systems, etc.)
  • Virus/spyware scanning
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Data/document recovery

And you can get basic library assistance and check out the following equipment until midnight Sunday through Thursday, and until 8pm Friday and Saturday:

  • Laptops
  • Headphones
  • Disc drives
  • VGA and HDMI cables and adapters
